What would you highlight about Citi Square by Battery Park

The room has a/c from 6 pm to 10 am. It’s a really easy location with a lot of places nearby like the night market. The airport was conveniently close by like a 10 min drive so I didn’t have to worry about missing my flight. The hotel person also helped me get a taxi to go to the airport.

What would you highlight about Citi Square by Battery Park

Its right nearby the local night market, close to Le Meridian Hotel and all the other major chain hotels. The bars and Muay Thai boxing ring are just downstairs across the road. Download uber or grab for cheap transportation options.

Cheap, the location is good for the touristic places

Shared bathroom which is very dirty. No toilet paper. The kitchen was VERY dirty. The room is very small with no windows and no fan.

Everything. Location awesome especially if you want some Nightlife. Capsules are amazing. Like your own private bubble with your own Aircon, dimmer likes, great bedding, great mattress, great shower facilities

staff is very cool and welcoming, breakfast is prepared by them for you personally. hotel close to nightlife and boxing stadium.

What would you highlight about Citi Square by Battery Park

Staff is extremely polite and very helpful. Privacy in the pods is great. Within walking distance to the market and plenty of restaurants. Warmest shower I've had in Thailand.

The location is just across the road from a strip of bars so it's loud at night. Beds are not very comfortable. I think they forgot to pay the internet bill one night I was there as it cut off and a payment page appeared. The day I checked out there was some animals poop on the couch and it remained there for a few hours.

What would you highlight about Citi Square by Battery Park

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Even if the place is not fully equipped but the stay was pleasant somehow.

The property is too closed to night clubs. Noises from outside are heard inside the hotel. So for those who want calm and quiet place, this is not ideal.

What would you highlight about Citi Square by Battery Park

It’s right there in the middle of the Night Bazaar area, which is quite convenient. The bed is incredibly comfortable and way more spacious than I was expecting for a capsule bed. They have free bananas available all the time, which I liked a lot. I booked a day trip there and they were very helpful :)

Well, the fact that it is right in the middle of the Night Bazaar area has its own inconvenients too. It’s really noise during a big part of the night and if you have a light sleep, you probably will not have a very good night. I didn’t like how the bathroom is structured either, and there was always toilet paper missing. No soap to wash hands, ugh.

What would you highlight about Citi Square by Battery Park

It is quite close to the night Bazaar and the market with many, many restaurants around to eat. It’s in the Old Town so pretty close to most attractions you might want to see The staff is quite friendly, especially the young students who come in to help out I believe. Clean rooms and spacious pod bed

The room itself doesn’t have much space which made it difficult to pack/ get ready It is perfect for backpackers It’s also on the same street as pub street so be wary of the noise at night

What would you highlight about Citi Square by Battery Park

Location.

Extremely noisy. A few steps away from many bars. Music volume level went down when close to 12 midnight. Stayed in a "double room no. 3", only had space for the bed. No place to place any hanger. In this room noise don't just come from the bars, it came from the shower room. You can hear ppl showering. The wall between rooms were thin, wall were not fully partition, can hear next door conversation clearly, even though they were not loud. Due to the bad partition of the wall, when I finally fall asleep at close to 1 am (due to no more music from the bar), the next door, "room 4" occupants came back to switch on their light that will shine through my room, got woken up 10 min into my sleep. They continued with their conversation (not loud but can hear them clearly) and washing up. They switched off their light close to 2am but to continued with their conversation for another 10 min or so. Finally fell asleep at 4am due to the disruption. Next morning told the Staff about it, who speak minimum English (cannot help with direction too). Not able to converse with them, brought them to the room to show what's going on. They offered to give me a "single bedroom", next to "room 3" which is fully partition and refunded the difference when I asked. He told me I can move in to the single room immediately. When I asked if they have change the sheets he said "yes" when obviously that did not happened. When came back from brushing my teeth, saw him squeezing the quilt that I used the night before into a plastic cover that was ready for the next user. After thinking through I forgo the 2nd night stay without asking for refund. It was a terrible experience with the staff (though I did not argue) and hygenie. Recommended if you are tight with budget.
